How does booking work?
Prepaid packages can be purchased directly through our online checkout. Single sessions and first-time bookings go through a short enquiry form instead, so a licensed therapist can screen for contraindications before your first visit is confirmed.
Do I need my surgeon's clearance?
For post-operative sessions, yes — we ask for surgeon clearance before a first booking, and we follow any specific instructions your surgeon provides.
Can I request a therapist of a specific gender?
Yes, you're welcome to note a preference on your enquiry form and we will do our best to accommodate it, availability permitting.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without charge. Details are confirmed at the time of booking.
How do package sessions get scheduled?
Once a package is purchased, our team contacts you to schedule your first screening and session, and subsequent sessions are booked directly with your assigned therapist.
