Frequently asked questions
Who does Hanavi serve?
Hanavi serves women in Dubai. At launch, appointments will focus on residences in Jumeirah and selected surrounding neighbourhoods.
When does Hanavi launch?
Appointments begin on 1 November 2026. You can join the private opening list for priority access.
What are your opening hours?
Hanavi expects to operate approximately 9am–7pm. Final operating days will be confirmed before launch.
Are your practitioners licensed?
Services requiring professional licensing are delivered by appropriately licensed female practitioners. Your practitioner's details are shared before arrival.
Do I need medical clearance?
Medical clearance may be required for post-operative treatment and in other circumstances identified during screening.
Can I book immediately after surgery?
Timing depends on your procedure, circumstances, treating medical professional and Hanavi's suitability process. We cannot confirm an appointment until the required screening and clearance are complete.
Will I have the same practitioner?
Clients purchasing a post-operative course are prioritised with the same practitioner throughout. A replacement may occasionally be necessary because of illness or unavoidable absence.
Do you bring everything required?
Your practitioner brings the treatment table, linens and equipment confirmed for your appointment. We will tell you in advance how to prepare the space.
Is compression included with lymphatic drainage?
No. Compression therapy is selected separately and can be added only when appropriate for the client and appointment.
Can I combine treatments?
Selected treatments can be combined. Available pairings depend on suitability, timing and the equipment required.
Do you serve hotels?
Hanavi will initially focus on private residences. Hotel and serviced-apartment availability may be introduced later.
Is there a travel fee?
Appointments outside Hanavi's core service area may carry a travel fee. This is confirmed before payment.
How do I pay?
Appointments and packages are paid electronically in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge when more than 24 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations, changes and missed appointments within 24 hours are charged in full. If a medical change affects your treatment, contact Hanavi and the circumstances will be reviewed with care.
How quickly will you respond?
During working hours, Hanavi aims to respond to new requests within two hours.
Where should I send medical information?
Detailed medical information should be submitted only through the secure form provided by Hanavi, not through an ordinary WhatsApp conversation.
