Professional credentials
Treatment is provided only by practitioners holding the credentials required for the services they deliver.
Female practitioners
Hanavi serves female clients and works with female practitioners at launch.
Suitability before service
Every first appointment requires appropriate screening. Additional clearance may be requested for post-operative, prenatal, infrared, compression or LED services.
Practitioner identification
Your practitioner's name, photograph and professional details are shared before arrival.
Prepared afresh for every appointment
Freshly laundered towels and linens, in natural cotton and linen, are brought for every client. All treatment equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between appointments, with single-use protective barriers and consumables used where appropriate.
Considered scheduling
Appointments are planned around a defined service area to protect punctuality and allow sufficient time for set-up and sanitisation.
Cashless, confirmed bookings
Appointments are verified and paid in advance. Hanavi does not accept anonymous or cash-on-arrival bookings.
Personal boundaries
A client or practitioner may pause or end an appointment whenever necessary.
Continuity throughout a course
Post-operative course clients are prioritised with the same practitioner throughout their package.
Safety & suitability
A complete contraindications and suitability protocol is being prepared with Hanavi's licensed professionals.
